Add Songs Through Music Stickers to Instagram Stories
- To start a new post, open the Instagram app and tap the Your Story icon in the top-left corner.
- To take a picture or record a video as normal, tap the circle button.
- From the top menu, press the Stickers button. It's the one that looks like a post-it smiley face message.
- Tap Music.

Technically, any song from Spotify, iTunes, or any other music provider may be used, but the video could be flagged for violation of copyright. Using royalty-free music from one of the many services available online is the best option.
